Ms. Surbhi Gupta, Counsel for the petitioner appears and states as under:

"The sum of Rs.25,29,000/- has been received on 29th February 2020. The remaining amount of Rs.2,81,000/- was deposited in February 2024 and it has been directed to be released vide order dated 09th August 2024. The said was directed by order dated 09th August 2024 in W.P.(C) 9014/2017, and the same now stands released."

In these circumstances, she states that the orders have been complied with and they do not press this contempt petition any further. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
