Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.515/2007 registered under Section 363 IPC at PS Trilok Puri. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant / respondents No.2 & 3. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. Respondents No.2 & 3 are present in the Court and have no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question as the matter has been settled amicably with the petitioners. They have been identified by the counsel representing the petitioners. 3.

FIR No. 515/2007 was registered under Section 363 IPC at PS Trilok Puri on the complaint of victim's father Hari Ram (respondent CRL.M.C. 797/2016

No.2). Respondent No.3 is the victim. It is informed that respondent No.3 has married and has children. Similarly, the petitioner No.1 is a married man having children.

The parties have settled the dispute amicably.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.515/2007 registered under Section 363 IPC at PS Trilok Puri and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
