% 07.02.2020 In view of the circumstance, that the proceedings between the parties, in relation to the subject matter of the present writ petition are pending adjudication before the Guardians and Wards Court, Karkardooma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all legal issues as are available to them in law, before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
The present writ petition is withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Liberty granted, as prayed for.
Needless to state that in view of the exigency, that is evident, we direct the concerned Court to dispose of the proceedings pending adjudication before it, as expeditiously as possible, after affording an opportunity of having heard the parties.
