The instant writ petition has been filed with following prayers: "(a) Issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction to the respondent Bar Council of Delhi to enroll the petitioner as an advocate in its advocates roll using its power under proviso (v) of Rule 103 of the BCD Rules framed under section 28 and other relevant sections of the Advocates Act, 1961;

(b) Issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction to the respondent Bar Council of Delhi to invoke the proviso of section 24A (1) of the Advocates Act, 1961 to admit the petitioner as an advocate in its advocates roll; (c) Read down Rule 103 and Rule 107 of Bar Council The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of Delhi rules and declare that a person who is otherwise qualified to be admitted as an advocate, but even after his resignation from the previous employment, he has not been issued a relieving letter and as a result, he is not able to submit it before the Bar Council, shall be admitted as an advocate in the rolls of Bar Council of Delhi, however an affidavit from the aspiring advocate shall be sought, assuring that he will submit his relieving letter from the previous employer within certain specific time after it is issued to him by the employer;

(d) Issue any appropriate Writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

It is stated that the Petitioner has been enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. Since the Petitioner has already been enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi, the prayers in the writ petition have been answered and, therefore, nothing survives in the writ Petition.
