% 17.05.2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.11/2019 under Sections 304-B/498A/34 of IPC registered at police station Karawal Nagar, Delhi while claiming to be innocent and on the ground that he is in custody since 13th January, 2019.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is the fatherin-law of deceased and there is no incriminating material against him and he has been falsely implicated and so, he deserves the concession of bail. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondentState opposes this application. Upon hearing and on perusal of FIR of this case and copy of the charge-sheet filed, I find it to be a fit case for grant of bail. Subject to petitioner furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹30,000/- with one local BAIL APPLN. 432/2019
surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court, he be released on bail forthwith, if not wanted in any other case. With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
