O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 02.02.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 18751/2025. The said order reads as under:- "1. The order dated 05.07.2025 passed by the Sub-Registrar would indicate that the document has been refused from the registration on the ground that the Khasra number for which the deed/ document registered, falls under the awarded land. The order of the concerned Registrar does not indicate as to in which case, the award has been passed. The same is bereft of any reasoning.

2. More importantly, the petitioner has not been heard before passing of such an award. The same suffers from violation of principles of natural justice. The same is, accordingly, set aside.

3. On petitioner's appearance before the said authority, let he be heard. After hearing the petitioner, let the said authority to pass an appropriate order. If the documents cannot be registered, let specific reasons be assigned by the Registrar in the order.

4. Let a fresh order be passed within a period of thirty (30) days from date of receipt of the copy of order passed today. 5. If the petitioner, thereafter, has any grievance, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.

It transpires that a hearing has been afforded to the petitioner by the concerned official, however, the order is yet to be passed. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that the requisite orders shall be passed latest within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is taken on record. 4.

Binding the respondent to the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of.
