O R D E R

% 29.04.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks direction for refund of DVAT excess amount retained by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. It is submitted by the counsel appearing for the respondent, at the outset, that the refund orders have been issued. However, the amount has not been remitted. Furthermore, a certain portion of the interest does not appear to have been granted. The respondent - DVAT authorities are hereby directed to ensure that all the amounts - including interest applicable for all periods for which the refund is granted, together with the principal amount, are remitted to the petitioner's account within a period of two weeks.
