The instant petition is for the following relief:- "1. In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1, namely the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, to forthwith communicate the complete and reasoned order passed by the Student Disciplinary Committee to the Petitioner and to approve the Training Completion Certificate uploaded by the Petitioner on the ICSI STIMULATE Portal on 20.12.2025, which has remained pending without any decision, and further to process the Petitioner's CLDP registration, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. completion of membership formalities and grant of CS Membership Number expeditiously in accordance with the provisions of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980;

2. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct Respondent No. 1, Respondent No. 2 and Respondent No. 3 jointly and severally to compensate the Petitioner for the loss of professional opportunities, financial losses including withheld stipend and loan liability, and the mental harassment suffered by the Petitioner due to their prolonged inaction and wrongful conduct, by awarding compensation of Rs.10,59,500/- or such higher amount as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, along with appropriate interest.

3. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to award the costs of the present petition and pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.

In view of the decision taken by respondent no.1 namely, the Institute of Company Secretary of India on 18.03.2026, the substantive prayer made by the petitioner stands satisfied. Therefore, nothing more remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition.

With these observations, the instant petition stands disposed of. 4.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to take any other recourse in accordance with law, if permissible, if he has any subsisting grievance against the respondent.
