This is an application filed under section 151 of the CPC seeking withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the matter has been settled under "Vivad Se Vishwas-II (Contractual Dispute)" scheme. 2.
For the reasons stated, the application is allowed. 3.
Since the application have been allowed, the captioned execution petition is disposed of in view of the settlement under the said scheme. 4.
In case the amounts are not paid, the decree-holder is at liberty to revive the petition.
