In view of the said order, the suit, being CS No.347/2019 titled M/s Criblife Lifestyle Management Pvt. Ltd. vs. Olialia World Pvt. Ltd., is transferred from the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge (South-East), Saket Court to the Court of the learned District and Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Court, who may try the suit himself to have it placed before the competent Court, to be listed before the Transferee Court on 24th February, 2020.
