% 20.03.2019 The present writ petition has been filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking issuance a writ in nature of the mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate security to the petitioners from respondent No. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuance to order dated 20.02.2019 passed by this Court, a mediclaim policy of Rs.5,00,000/- in favour of the petitioners has been subscribed. He further submits that nothing further remains in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
