The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "I. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to call for the records of the case and quash/set aside the Impugned Order/Notice dated 19.09.2025 bearing Reference No. F. No. 56/Delisting/2025/PPS-III issued by Respondent No.

(Election Commission of India), which arbitrarily proposes to delist the Petitioner from the list of Registered Unrecognized Political Parties II. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction commanding Respondent No. 1 to consider and dispose of the W.P.(C) 3838/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioner's Statutory Appeal dated 15.10.2025 in a time-bound manner, after affording an opportunity of a personal hearing to the Petitioner III. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to recognize the Petitioner's participation in the 2021 Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly General Election (specifically in No. 12, Perambur Constituency) as valid compliance with the requirements for maintaining registration under the Representation of the People Act, 1951." 3.

After hearing counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent/Election Commission of India to treat the present petition as a representation to the Election Commission of India and decide the same within four (4) weeks from today. 4.
