By way of this petition filed under Section 24 CPC, petitioner is seeking transfer of HMA No.736/2016 titled as 'Manish Sinha Vs. Megha Sinha' from the Court of Sh.Prem Kumar Barthwal, Judge, Family Court, South West, Dwarka, New Delhi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Karkardooma, Delhi where maintenance petition No.1610/2014 filed by the petitioner/wife is pending.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petition seeking divorce by way of mutual consent has been filed by the parties, the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
