Having gone through the record of the present mater, it appears that this petition is hopelessly barred by limitation. 7.
It is borne out of the record that the Petitioner is seeking initiation of the present contempt proceedings in respect of an undertaking given by the Respondents, which was recorded by the Court vide order dated 19.11.2014 in W.P.(C) No. 2086/2013. 8.
The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondents reneged from the undertaking and the Respondents have put up a shutter and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
