Having gone through the record of the present mater, it appears that this petition is hopelessly barred by limitation. 7.

It is borne out of the record that the Petitioner is seeking initiation of the present contempt proceedings in respect of an undertaking given by the Respondents, which was recorded by the Court vide order dated 19.11.2014 in W.P.(C) No. 2086/2013. 8.
