The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking bail in connection with FIR No. 596/2014 under Sections 147/148/149/307/302/34 of the IPC registered with PS Ghazipur.

The status report has been filed, which indicates that twenty-three witnesses have already been examined and only three witnesses remain to be examined and the next date before the Trial Court is 18.03.2020. 3.
Since the trial is at its fag end, this Court does not consider it apposite to allow the present petition. This is also considering the gravity of the offence. However, this Court considers it apposite to direct the Trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a
period of three months from today.

The State shall not take any adjournments and ensure that the prosecution witnesses are present as and when the date of hearing scheduled. 5.
The petitioner is at liberty to apply, if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period of three months.
