The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondents to convey and communicate the decision on the survey applications of the Petitioners in a time bound manner. The Petitioners who claimed to be the vendors have filed the present petition seeking following prayers:

"a) Direct the Respondents to convey and communicate its decision on the survey applications of the respective petitioners within a time bound manner.

deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Ld. Counsel for the New Delhi Municipal Corporation (hereinafter, 'NDMC') submits that the actual fact is that all the Petitioners have been surveyed and the matter is presently pending with the NDMC. 4.

Under such circumstances, no orders can be passed by this Court giving any time bound directions to the NDMC as there are various steps to be taken by the NDMC in completing the survey process. In addition, it has also been highlighted that two of the Petitioners i.e., Petitioner Nos. 9 and 10, namely, Mr. Ashwani Sonkar and Mr. Daulat Ram respectively who have been surveyed are claiming separate Certificate of Vending (hereinafter, 'CoV') while their fathers, namely, Mr. Om Prakash Sonkar and Mr. Madal Lal have already been issued provisional CoV. These facts have also not been disclosed in this petition.

Under these circumstances, no relief can be granted in these petitions. The NDMC is directed to proceed in accordance with law and publish the list of eligible vendors as and when the same is finalized. 6.

The petition is disposed of in these terms. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
