% 11.02.2020 Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking parole for six weeks to attend the marriage of her niece which is scheduled for 21st February, 2020. Status report filed and factum of the marriage of niece of the petitioner stands verified.
In view of above, this petition is allowed and in the interest of justice, petitioner is granted four weeks' parole from the date of her release to attend the marriage of her niece on her furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioner shall provide her mobile phone number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of her release, which shall be
kept in working conditions at all the times. The same shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Jail Superintendent; ii) The petitioner shall report at the local police station to mark her attendance on every alternate day at 11:00 a.m. during the period of parole;
iii) The petitioner shall duly surrender at the end of the period of parole; and iv) The petitioner shall also not indulge in any criminal activity while on parole.
A copy of this order be communicated to the Jail Superintendent. The petition stands disposed of.
