The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. Set aside the Order dated 13.12.2024 passed by Ld. Principal and Sessions Court, North West District, Rohini District Court, New Delhi, in HMA 2459/2023 titled 'Vanit Sardana and Bharti Arora' and the proceedings in HMA No. 2459/2023 be expedited to prevent further prejudice to the Petitioner.
b. Direct the expeditious disposal of the matter under Section 21B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, considering the exceptional hardship faced by the Petitioner, the undue delay in proceedings, and the statutory obligation to resolve matrimonial disputes in a time-bound manner.
c. Summon the Ld. Family Court's records pertaining to the instant matter.
d. Pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled and a settlement agreement dated 27.01.2026 has been placed on record. In view of the same, she seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same, in case the undertaking given by the respondent in the said agreement is not complied with. 5.
Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
