The revisionist, who has already been held guilty for committing offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, filed First Appeal which is, presently, pending adjudication before the learned Special Judge, NDPS/ASJ, (South), Saket, Delhi.

On 12.11.2025, while allowing application filed by the complainant, the revisionist was directed to deposit 20% of the fine amount, within 60 days before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the revisionist states that the next date of hearing before the Appellate Court is 08.05.2026 and submits that he would not press for any further relief in the matter if a period of four weeks is granted to the revisionist to deposit 20% of the fine amount before the learned Trial Court. 4.

However, in view of above said statement made by the learned counsel for the revisionist, the present revision petition is disposed of with permission to the revisionist to deposit abovesaid amount of 20% of the fine amount within four weeks from today with the learned trial Court. 6.
Let no coercive action be taken against him for a period of four weeks from today.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master. 8.
A copy of this order be sent to learned First Appellate Court and Trial Court for information.
