HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR

O R D E R

% 24.01.2018 Petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 2 had got the married to one another on 11.01.2018. Petitioner No. 1 who was earlier a Mohemmaden had converted himself to get married to his wife petitioner No. 2 who is a Hindu. The parties apprehend that coercive steps may be taken against them qua the father of petitioner No. 1 who has been arrayed as respondent No. 3. Respondent No. 3 is a resident of Bihar but the apprehension of the petitioner No. 1 is that he might come to Delhi and extend threats to them; this is probably the reason that they have also changed their earlier address (mentioned in the petition) and now are residing at a new address H. No. 117, Hauz Rani, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. SI Suresh Chand PS

Malviya Nagar is present. He assures this Court that the beat constable of the area shall be sensitized of the situation and his mobile number including the phone number of the concerned SHO will be furnished to the petitioners who are at liberty to contact them in case of any urgency/emergency and it is needless to state that necessary police protection shall be afforded to the petitioners if and when required.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
