% 15.01.2016 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to install an electricity pole in a time-bound manner so that there is street light outside the residence of the petitioner. The petitioner, who appears in person, states that the electricity pole outside his house got uprooted due to an accident in 2013. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1, on instructions of Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Executive Engineer, PWD, who is personally present in Court, states that the electricity pole as desired by the petitioner shall be installed within a period of two weeks. The statement made by Mr. Sanjay Kumar is accepted by this Court and respondent No. 1 is held bound by the same. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of.
