The petitioner seeks directions for appropriate orders for release of goods imported by the petitioner under two Bills of Entry dated 18.12.2018 & 01.01.2019, contending that the cost of warehousing is accumulating. 3.

Mr.Harpreet Singh, learned counsel for the respondent/Customs authorities appears on advance notice and submits that appropriate action is under way and that goods would be released provisionally within a week. 4.

The Customs authorities shall pass appropriate orders in that regard, within a week.
