% 09.04.2024 Learned counsel appearing for the parties inform the court, that the parties have resolved their disputes through mediation. Settlement Agreement dated 06.03.2024 has been filed on record. The settlement agreement as above, contemplates certain payments being made by the respondent over a period of time, the last payment being due on or before 31.05.2024.

The court has perused the settlement agreement; and is satisfied that the parties have resolved the matter through a lawful settlement. The settlement is accordingly accepted. The parties shall remain bound by the terms thereof.

In the circumstances, Mr. Ishpreet Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
