The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayers: "a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction commanding the Respondents to forthwith grant the NOC/ ADP to the Petitioner from January to March 2024 b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ~ Order, or Direction commanding Respondent 1 not to hold NOC without any valid reason/evidence/facts in future to avoid any damages to the reputation and working of Petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. c. Pass order Or Direction to Respondent no 1 to dully inform Respondents 2 and 3 of the impact of such NOC denial/hold for Petitioner which has the potential to impact their operations and to compensate Petitioner in case of any penalty levied by them due to impact of such denial leads to incapacity for Petitioner to perform its duty d. Pass any other order or direction as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;

e. Pass any such other orders I directions as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

The prayers sought in the writ petition have lapsed and the writ petition has become infructuous. Since the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file a fresh writ petition if need arises in future for further reliefs.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case or the claim of the Petitioner.
