Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 0003/2025 dated 01.01.2025, registered at Police Station Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 376/313 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

The next date of hearing in the abovesaid petition is 14.05.2026. The present application seeks early hearing simply for the reason that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the abovesaid petition. 3.
