% 21.02.2019 In this petition, quashing of FIR No. 33/2019, under Sections 406/420/34 IPC, registered at police station Budh Vihar, Delhi is sought on merits.

After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application for pre-arrest bail with prayer that petitioner be granted one week's protection to enable him to have recourse to law. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that investigation in this case is at the initial stage and in case petitioner is Page | 1

to be arrested, then a week's notice would be given to petitioner prior to her arrest.

In view of above, this petition and application are disposed with direction to respondent-State that in case petitioner is to be arrested, a week's notice be given to her prior to arrest to enable her to have recourse to law.
