After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to move an appropriate application for regular bail before the Trial Court.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. The Trial Court is also directed to expedite the proceedings. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
