This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the present petition.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that inadvertently some incomplete details were stated in the petition and hence, the petitioners seek to withdraw the captioned petition with liberty to file afresh.

For the said reason, issue notice.

Mr. Rout accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1. 5.

Advance copy has been served to respondent No. 2 yet nobody is appearing.
