The present revision petition is directed against order dated 21st January, 2020 whereby an application filed by the Petitioners under Section 391 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for permitting additional evidence in the proceedings in CA No. 18/2019 was dismissed. 2.

However, counsel for the Petitioners states that the relief sought in the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the underlying FIR bearing no. 112/2015, under Sections 448 and 323 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 stands quashed by this Court vide order dated 13th September, 2024 in CRL.M.C. 1668/2024 titled as Ram Niwas Goel & Ors. vs. State of NCT Of Delhi & Anr.

In light of the foregoing, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
