ARB.P. 118/2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator. Mr. Rajat Navet, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has given his consent for appointment of an Arbitrator. If that be so, this court appoints Justice Vikramjeet Sen, former Judge of Supreme Court as the Sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the claims and counter-claims of the parties. The fee of the learned Arbitrator shall be regulated by the

provisions of Schedule - IV of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Parties are at liberty to take all pleas as available to them both on facts and in law. A copy of this order be sent to Justice Vikramjeet Sen for information.

Petition stands disposed of.
