The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondent for registering the Sale Deed pertaining to a land comprised in Khasra No.102 (0-10), measuring 500 sq. yards situated in extended Abadi Lal Dora of village Chandan Hula, New Delhi.

It is the case of the Petitioner that despite presenting the documents, the Sub-Registrar is neither accepting the documents nor passing any Orders giving any reasons as to why Sale Deed cannot be registered. 3.

Ms. Harshita Nathrani, learned Counsel, appears for Mr. Sameer Vashisht, learned ASC for the Respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioners to appear before the concerned Sub-Registrar along with the documents on 27.03.2024 at 11:00 AM and the concerned Sub-Registrar is directed to consider the documents and pass appropriate Orders in accordance with law. 5.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 6.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court again if need so arises in future.
