% 25.09.2024 Ms. Anubha Bhardwaj, learned SPP appearing for the CBI on instruction of Mr. Sumit Nonia, the Investigating Officer in the subject FIR submits, that petitioner No.1, viz. Mr. Satyendra Prakash s/o Shri Daya Prakash Aggarwal, has not been charge-sheeted in the matter; and accordingly, the prayer made in the present petition seeking quashing of the subject FIR is infructuous.

Ms. Bhardwaj also confirms that no Look Out Circular has been issued against petitioner No. 1.

For the record, petitioner No. 1 was a director in petitioner No. 2/M/s Daya Sugar, which was a unit of M/s Daya Engineering Works (Sleeper) Ltd.
