O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail in FIR No.331/2019 under Sections 307/452/323/324/34 IPC registered at Police Station Alipur, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 06.08.2019. He submits that the stab injuries were caused by co-accused Ankit. He further submits that the complainants in the present case have settled the matter with the present petitioner. He further submits that noting the no objection given by the complainants, co-accused Deepak and Sachin Dahiya have been released on bail vide orders dated 06.02.2020 in BAIL APPLN. 120/2020 and BAIL APPLN. 356/2020 respectively.

The complainants, who are present in court, are identified by the I.O. and they submit that they have no objection to the grant of the bail. BAIL APPLN. 372/2020

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner is involved in one more FIR No.1708/2014 registered under Sections 392/34 IPC, P.S. Narela.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been acquitted in the aforesaid case. 6.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2019, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO Police Station Alipur, Delhi with his mobile phone number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the concerned I.O./SHO.

(iii) The petitioner will remain regularly present before the Trial Court.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. DASTI.
