The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.128/2016 under Sections 354(D)/506/509 of the IPC registered with PS Sunlight Colony be quashed.

The petitioner, who appears in person, drew the attention of this Court to the said FIR, which indicates that there is no mention of the petitioner. He has also referred to the chargesheet and submits that the allegations made against the petitioner are vague, bereft of any details and unsubstantiated. 3.

Prima facie, the contentions advanced by the petitioner appear to be merited. However, this Court does not consider it apposite to interfere with the same as the matter is pending at the stage of framing charges before the Trial Court. It is expected that the Trial Court will examine the records in detail and take a final view as to whether the petitioner is required to be

discharged.

This Court is informed that the matter is now listed on 29.03.2020. The Trial Court is requested to take a final view on the said date uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court in this petition. 4.
