% 22.10.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for protection from Respondent no.3 Ramesh Chander who is the father of petitioner no.2 and respondent no.4 Raj Kumar who is the father of the petitioner no.1. Respondent no.4 had even offered ground floor share to the petitioners herein.

The petitioners are not willing to accept the said offer given by respondent no.4. They are however living happily with respondent no.4 and there is no dispute between them.
