This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction setting aside the Order reference number WD: IDC: Order: 0402:2023 dated 23 February 2024 passed by the Identification Committee of the Respondent Bank declaring the Petitioner/Borrower as well its Promoters/Directors as Wilful Defaulters, under the Wilful Defaulter Master Circular dated 1 July 2015;

b) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction directing the Respondent Bank to grant the Petitioner with opportunity of personal hearing before the Identification Committee of the Respondent Bank;..." Ms. Choudhary, learned counsel for the respondent, states that the respondent will issue a fresh Show Cause Notice in accordance with law to the petitioner and will thereafter take the required action. 3.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent, the impugned order reference number has become infructuous. 4.

Hence, the cause of action for the present petition does not survive. 5.

The present petition is disposed of, with granting the liberty to the respondent to take action in accordance with the law.
