The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 impugning the Order dated 11.02.2026 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi in HMA No. 689/18, whereby, application filed by the petitioner for appointment of Local Commissioner for recording the remaining evidence of the respondent was directed to be taken up on the date already fixed, i.e., 27.07.2026, in the case bearing HMA No. 689/18. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file appeal under the Family Courts Act, 1984, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
