1. These applications by the Petitioners seek directions to the Respondents W.P.(C) Nos. 476/2014 & 477/2014
to refund the amounts deposited during the pendency of the petitions, which were allowed by the Court by the judgment dated 9th March 2017.
2. In the reply filed by the Respondents, it is stated that against the aforementioned common judgment of this court dated 9th March 2017, Special Leave Petitions have been filed by the Respondent Department in the Supreme Court in which notices have been issued and a stay has been granted of the said judgment.
3. In that view of the matter, these applications are disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to revive the prayer, if warranted, after the decision of the Supreme Court.
