O R D E R

% 24.01.2018 Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submits that pursuant to the last order, he has verified the fresh income certificates submitted by the father of the petitioner from the website e-District Delhi and they have been found to be genuine. He, however, submits that the manual verification of the certificates is likely to take time. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays that in view of the fact that the fresh certificates have been found to be genuine, respondent nos.1 & 2 be directed to re-admit the petitioner in the School. He places reliance on the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(C) Nos.2219/2016, 11461/2017, 4849/2016 and 11462/2017. In view of the fact that the fresh certificates have already been verified, the writ petition is allowed and the respondent no.1 is hereby, directed to re-admit the petitioner in the School. It is,

however, clarified that in case upon manual verification of the certificates, the same are found to be not genuine, the admission of the petitioner is likely to be cancelled.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. In view of the aforesaid facts, establishing that the initial admission of the petitioner in the School was based on a forged income certificate, petitioner is directed to pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Delhi High Court Library Fund.

A copy of this order may be given Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
