In view of the Judgment dated 22.01.2024 passed by this Court in CPIO/Dy. Commissioner of Income Tax HQ Exemption, New Delhi v. Girish Mittal, W.P.(C) 10193/2022, the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and approach the concerned Officers under Section 138(1)(b) of the Income Tax Act for the information that is being sought for. As and when such an application is filed, the same is requested to be considered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible. 2.
