The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India,1950 and Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers: - "i. Initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor for wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.07.2018 in HMA No. 1651/2018 before the Family Court, Karkardooma Courts (East), Delhi and settlement agreement dated 06.07.2018;

ii. Direct the contemnor to purge the contempt forthwith; iii. Award costs and exemplary cost to the petitioner; iv. Pass such other order and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite second call. 4.

There has been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearing as well i.e., 30.04.2025 and 25.09.2025. 5.
