MA No. 1132/2016 (Exemption) Mr. Manjeet Singh Ahluwalia, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage in view of the circumstance that a complaint under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is pending consideration before the concerned Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
Leave granted.
A copy of the application dated 16th November, 2015 in CC No. 27/2015 filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer- SI Bhagwan Singh, Police StationEOW has been handed over by him in Court today and the same is taken on record.
In relation to the same, the IO- SI Bhagwan Singh, Police StationEOW expresses remorse and undertakes to file an unconditional apology in this behalf before the concerned Magistrate on or before 4th April, 2016. The undertaking given by the IO is hereby accepted. The Investigating Officer- SI Bhagwan Singh also undertakes to comply
with the directions of the concerned Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi as contained in the order dated 14th October, 2015 and further undertakes to file a status report in this behalf, positively on or before the 19th March, 2016. The undertaking given by the IO is hereby accepted and he shall remain bound by the same.
