This application has been filed by the appellant stating, inter alia that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement enclosed with the application and marked as Annexure-A.

The appellant and respondent who are present in Court confirm the fact that they have arrived at a settlement on 23.05.2019. 3.

The Settlement Agreement dated 23.05.2019 is taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. The application is allowed.
