This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 46,85,37,324/- deposited with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Ms. Narang, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent and has no objection for the application being allowed. 4.

Since the matter has been settled under 'Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme', the amount of Rs. 46,85,37,324/- lying deposited with the Registrar General, Delhi High Court along with up to date accrued interest be released to the petitioner and its duly authorised representative. 5.
