% 10.02.2016 Matter is fixed today for defendants' evidence and accordingly three DWs namely Mr Vinay K Gupta, Mr Varun K Gupta and Smt, Santosh Gupta are present. However, this is a suit for partition having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores and the property in dispute is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of South District and is therefore liable to be transferred. Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (South District), Saket Courts, Delhi on 11th July, 2016. DWs are discharged for today. They would be summoned afresh in terms of order in that regard by the concerned court.
