The present Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "Cr.P.C., 1973") has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0377/2021 registered under Sections 452/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as "IPC, 1860") at Police Station Darya Ganj, Delhi.

Brief facts of the case are that on the complaint of respondent No.2, the police of P.S. Darya Ganj, Delhi registered an FIR against the petitioner. 3.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the parties have already settled all their disputes amicably before the Mediation Cell, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Pursuant to the settlement, the Settlement Deeds dated 21.09.2023 and 14.10.2023 have been executed between the parties. In view of the Settlement Deeds dated 21.09.2023 and 14.10.2023, the present petition has been filed.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

The parties have submitted that all the disputes have been amicably settled vide Settlement Deeds dated 21.09.2023 and 14.10.2023 and thus, no fruitful purpose will be served in continuing with the FIR. 7.

The present petition has been signed by the petitioner and is supported by her affidavit. The parties have reaffirmed the terms of the settlement arrived at vide Settlement Deeds dated 21.09.2023 and 14.10.2023 and they also submit that the said Settlement Deeds dated 21.09.2023 and 14.10.2023 has been arrived at between the parties without any pressure and coercion. 8.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion, no useful purpose will be served in continuing with the proceedings. Hence, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto.

Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.

Accordingly, FIR bearing No. FIR No.0377/2021 registered at P.S. Darya Ganj, for offences punishable under Sections 452/504/506/34 IPC, 1860 is quashed.

The petition stands disposed of.
