The present petition is directed against the order dated 10.09.2025 passed by the learned Family Court, whereby ad interim maintenance of Rs. 40,000/- has been granted in favour of the respondent. I am, however, informed that the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is still pending consideration before the learned Family Court.

Mr. Abhinav Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner shall approach the learned Family Court for an expeditious decision on the application for interim maintenance. 3.

In view of the above submission, the present petition, alongwith pending applications, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Family Court in this regard. 4.
