% 02.09.2019 When the matter was called out, no one appeared for the petitioner, neither the matter was mentioned on his behalf. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who submitted that in view of the fresh notification dated 13th May, 2019, a copy of which has been tendered in Court and is taken on record, this petition has become infructuous and, therefore, does not survive. The notification dated 13th May, 2019, namely, the Graduate Medical Education (Amendment), 2019 has also been challenged by the very same petitioner in another writ petition in which, as submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, notice has already been issued by this Court.
