Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, prayers no.1 to 3 do not survive. However, submission is that the pensionary benefits, arrears of salary and computation were paid belatedly and the petitioner claims interest. It is contended that the full gratuity amount has not been paid.

Without commenting upon the merits of the surviving grievance of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in the eventuality of the petitioner filing a representation within four weeks from today claiming interest on the delayed payment, the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law by passing a speaking The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. order within four weeks thereafter.

The petitioner shall approach the respondents seeking the computation of the gratuity amount calculated and the respondents shall supply the details within one week. Thereafter, the petitioner shall file a representation along with computation of the gratuity amount due as per the petitioner within three weeks. The respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and decide the same within four weeks by passing a speaking order.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved of the decision. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order of DPC rejecting the prayer for grant of ACP. The liberty is hereby granted.
