By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief: "...a) Pass appropriate order/writ/direction to SHO police station Maidan Garhi to register an F .I.R against Respondent Nos.l & 2 under the appropriate section of the IPC and initiate their prosecution in accordance with law;

b) To direct removal of lock put by R-2 and R-3 tenancy premises bearing H. No. 313 (G.F.) Khasra no. 1754, Asola Housing Complex, Asola Extention, Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi- 110074 alongwith essential services, in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondents c) To pass appropriate direction granting compensation as may be appropriately against the Respondents and in favour of the Petitioner..."

Considering the nature of prayers made in this petition, the petition is disposed of in light of the decision in Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. & Others reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409, the same not being maintainable. 3.
